Qi Dan (奇丹)
Qi Dan is one of two cultivars that lay claim to the name "Da Hong Pao" - the other is Bei Dou.
Growing Characteristics: The leaves are 7.1 to 8.2 cm long and 3.0 to 2.4 cm wide. The leaves are green, raised and shiny. The leaf body is folded inward and the edge wavy. The tip of the leaf is blunt and slightly pendulous. [1]
Tea Character: Long lasting orchid fragrance. [1]
