Tongmu Charcoal Roast

            A zheng shan xiao zhong with a charcoal roast. This tea is smooth black tea, much like the Da Bo. It is fairly thick, minimally astringent, and is clearly, but not overpoweringly a black tea. The charcoal roast adds some of the depth and presence of a yancha. This is one of my favorite black teas. The 2024 harvest is a bit more floral than the past harvests.
