Rich full soup. smooth, rice / wood.
Previously featured in the tea club: A lighter processed Tie Luo Han from my uncle in Lan Shan. I wanted to include his Tie Luo Han last year, but he sold the tea wholesale before I got a chance to buy it, so I put in a request before the 2022 harvest. Generally I prefer this cultivar processed more traditionally, but this one grew on me over a few sessions. I like how it sits well on the tongue and also brings a nice energy.
