Masu Wild Style Black Tea
野生红茶
This tea is from Masu, a village high in the mountains above Tongmu. Masu mountain flavor. Smooth and gentle, flowing like a mountain brook. Wild style does not have the pronounced old tree flavor but instead has a focus on the flavor of the wild gardens high in the mountains.
It is floral, fairly smooth but slightly more drying than the Masu Old Tree. It brings a nice energy and an excellent rendition of the terroir.
