Huang Guan Yin Black Tea
武夷红茶
A few years back my grandpa leased his farm to one of my Mom's friends son who wanted to get into tea farming. The farm is in a fairly basic location to the west of the Zhengyan area. Thirty years ago it was an orange orchard, now it is a tea farm planted with Huang Guan Yin and Rou Gui. The soup is fairly thick, honey fragrance, though a bit drying.
