Handmade Gao Cong Shui Xian

One of my tea major friends from college made this tea. Although he does not come from a tea making family, he was able to obtain a degree in Tea Science from Fujian Agricultural and Forestry University. After graduating he built a small tea factory in Wuyishan and has remained dedicated to improving his craft. He buys leaves from various locations and is focused on the art and science of tea making, leading to various interesting results. This Shui Xian is one such tea, it has a slight woody character that tall and older trees commonly have, but also has a nuttiness somewhat like Bai Jiguan.
