White Tea
岩山牡丹
This is tea from my Mom's cousin. It is from a garden near where our Lao Cong Shui Xian is, and has some similar characteristics. Last year we heard that she makes this tea every year as a special order for one of her customers, we asked if we could join the order and get some as well. I think it is better than our previous white teas.
The character is soft and fluffy, with a clean flavor.
