Tie Luo Han

Tie Luo Han is one of the four famous tea cultivars in Wuyishan, known as Si Da Ming Cong (四大名丛). The other three are Da Hong Pao, Bai Jiguan, and Shui Jin Gui. Tie Luo Han is one of my favorite cultivars because it usually has a very smooth mineral character with a subtle fragrance which builds up.
I consider this tea to be a fun and playful Tie Luo Tan. The tea is smooth, almost like warm mineral water, while the fragrance is enjoyable and lingers in the throat.
