Teji Rou Gui
特级肉桂
Teji Rou Gui (meaning superfine) is the name for my mom's favorite rou gui each year. She is a rou gui fan and picks out a tea each year for us to feature in the shop. Each year the tea is from one of a variety of connections, but the curation goal is similar and the teas all have something in common. If you have enjoyed past year's Teji Rou Gui you may wish to try this one as well.
Dry leaf, pleasant, woody and stone fruit. Soup is aromatic, smooth, brings a smile to my face. This is a nice rou gui that provides a good example of the cultivar.
