Lao Cong Shui Xian
老枞水仙
Our Lao Cong Shui Xian is reliably one of my favorite teas in the shop. The 2023 harvest is slightly higher roast than the 2022. I think it serves the woody character well.
October, 2023: There is still a bit of fire in the tea, the roast will mellow and improve in the next few months.
