The roast is nice, and adds some grace to the tea. This tea is from a fairly basic location, but was processed correctly and is a solid tea.
Huang Guan Yin, is a cultivar released in 1998 which is a cross between Tie Guan Yin and Huang Dan. I find that it has a decent amount of Tie Guan Yin character. If you don't like Tie Guan Yin you might not like this tea.
