Gao Cong Shui Xian
高枞水仙
"Gao cong" - meaning tall trees. These trees are let to grow a couple meters tall, and are from a garden about 35 years old. The leaves are quite large and have a spicy aroma when dry. The soup is fluffy, smooth, with a light orchid fragrance. I enjoyed a mellow energy from this tea.
