Bei dou from my oldest aunt's farm. Medium high roast brings out the woody characteristic, this combines nicely with the nutty character that bei dou usually has.
I'm a little sad to hear that this will be the last harvest from this garden. My Aunt has decided to replant with another cultivar. We had this garden's tea the last few years in our winter bei dou, and winter blends.
