Aijiao Oolong
矮脚乌龙
Light, gentle and smooth.
Aijiao Oolong is said to originate in Jianou to the south of Wuyishan. The name means "dwarf oolong" and is named for the short growing habit. The tea is similar to shui xian, but is known for slightly smaller leaves.
