Shipping

Most orders will ship the next day. Your package should arrive within two or three days after it is shipped.

Any order in the continental U.S. is eligible for $5 flat rate shipping. Orders for more than $50 are eligible for free shipping.

Orders of tea to Canada or Mexico are eligible for $15 flat rate shipping. Free shipping is unavailable to the high cost of shipping.

Orders of tea to Europe and most other countries are eligible for $20 flat rate shipping. Free shipping is unavailable to the high cost of shipping. Please email me if your country is not supported, and I will check and add shipping support.

Returns

At Old Ways Tea Company we strive to provide tea and teaware of excellent quality. Should you feel that our products or service do not meet your expectations let us know as soon as possible and we will do what we can to make it right. In general returns are only possible for products other than tea. Please utilize our sample program to ensure each tea is to your liking.
