Small White Porcelain Tea Cup

At first glance this cup may be thought by many to belong to a child's tea set. This small white porcelain cup is actually a mainstay of tea drinkers everywhere in China. The small size and capacity allows each steeping to be shared with 3 to 5 other people. Each cup has a useful capacity of around 20ml. The rim is about 1.8mm thick and thins out towards the bottom allowing light to diffuse through the walls of the cup.
