Fo Shou is a unique cultivar with a long history of cultivation. This was featured in our December 2022 tea club box, as part of a comparison set. This cultivar is said to have a pear fragrance. The soup is full and fragrance smooth and playful. The roast is medium and is present but does not demand attention.
