Dayi Hongcha
大姨红茶
The dry leaf is fine, with a floral and honey fragrance. The soup is sweet, thick, with texture from the first steep. There is almost a spice about this tea. It also has a gentle cooling feeling, much like walking into the woods.
This tea is from my eldest aunt and is a mix of an early picking of her gardens: wild tea, Huang Guan Yin, Bai Rui Xiang, Huang Mei Gui, and Qi Lan.
