Ma Tou Yan Rou Gui
马头岩肉桂
The fragrance is fruity and a slight cong wei. Gaiwan lid fragrance is warm and cooling with a slight wood fragrance. Handpicked leaves are large and open nicely. This tea has been lightly charcoal roasted. The tea master processed this tea with a focus on fragrance, which is clear, sweet, and lasting. The water is a bit thin. Once steeped out we tried this tea boiled. It was ok, but did not stand out like some of the Lao Cong Shi Xian do.
